General Information:

Practices are twice weekly at T/E Middle School and Valley Forge Middle School, beginning mid-November and running through mid-March.
- Wrestlers will be broken into practices groups based on age, years of experience, and ability. There are usually three groups.
There are typically seven tri-meets scheduled on Saturdays, one just before the holiday break in December, and the rest between early January and the middle of February.
- The home meets will be wrestled at Exton Square Mall and away meets will be at one of the other club's home schools.
Wrestlers will also be given the opportunity to participate in tournaments as desired.
Fees: $225 Registration - through grade six. $125 Registration - 7th and 8th grade.
- Singlets are distributed for the season at no cost to the wrestler. Singlets not received back by the end of the season will result in a charge for the full cost of the singlet.
Volunteerism is highly valued at Conestoga Wrestling. We need all parents to volunteer to help run the home meets. More enthusiastic parents are invited to take on a leadership role – we need help in areas such as concessions, spirit wear, end-of-season banquet, even coordinating the volunteers.
